LOL This reminds me of how my wife *did* start with The Colour of Magic, which was a mistake. (Not on my recommendation, I probably would’ve started her with Hogfather and then given her the rest of the Death books going backwards. Which is only fair, I read the Tortall books essentially backwards.)

If Twitter really goes through with these changes I really have nowhere else to go but here...
